Overview
Primary Contacts were introduced by The FA and are used within Full-Time to identify the main contact for each team.
The Primary Contact will:

appear on fixture change emails sent by Full-Time; and
-
act as the main point of contact for communications relating to fixtures.
1. Accessing Full-Time Admin
1.1 Login
To begin, log into Full-Time Admin:

Go to: fulltime-admin.thefa.com

Enter your login credentials
2.1 Open People Section
-
Click on People in the menu
-
Click on Primary Contacts
3. Selecting the Correct Team
3.1 Use Division Filter
-
Use the Division dropdown to locate the relevant team
3.2 Confirm Team Selection

Ensure you are editing the correct team before making any changes

Find the person you wish to assign as the Primary Contact

Tick the checkbox next to their name
4.2 Save Changes
-
Click Update to apply the change
5. Important Notes
The selected Primary Contact will:
-
receive fixture-related communications; and
-
be visible to other clubs and officials via Full-Time emails
5.2 Keep Details Up to Date
Ensure the selected contact:
-
is actively involved with the team;
-
has correct contact details in Whole Game System; and
-
is responsible for managing fixture communications
Quick Reference Summary
