This error occurs when RefSec cannot match a user or team with FA systems.

Common Causes & Fixes

1. Team Not Affiliated

• Check team is affiliated on Club Portal
• Ensure NCYFL is selected as league

2. Missing Role

• Confirm user has correct role on Club Portal for the team (must be Team Secretary, Team Manager, Team Assistant Manager)

3. Name Mismatch

• Ensure names match exactly across:
  • RefSec
  • Club Portal

4. Sync Delay

• RefSec syncs 4 times daily
• Wait and retry
