You may see the above message for a team/coach where they haven't signed the code of conduct.

Coaches must log into Refsec in their team manager role, and then go to Teams, then press 'Sign Code of Conduct'

The Code of Conduct will then be presented. You can then read through the document, and then sign at the bottom of the document.
