Applications closed to new clubs and teams moving clubs: 30th April 2026
FA Club Portal goes live for team registration: Monday 1st June 2026

U8-U11 teams at existing clubs can join throughout the season.

Instructions
1. Ensure Refsec is up to date with your team information for the 26-27 season.
To do this: Log into Refsec as a club officer, then Go to Club > Teams.
This is now set at the 26-27 season by default.
Check every team is at the correct age group, remove any teams that are not continuing, and check any teams that are playing up/down a year group are named correctly as per this guide.
This must be completed by Friday 12th June 2026.
2. Add any new teams on Club Portal, and remove any old teams.
To do this: Log into Club Portal from 1st June. Go to the Teams tab. Add Teams using the Create team button, following this guide. Remove any teams by clicking on the team name, then Fold team.
3. Add your coaches/team managers
To do this: Log into Club Portal, go to Teams, Officials, then add Official.
They also need to be added on Refsec, please follow this guide.
4. Complete a constitution request if a team needs replacing higher or lower in the constitution.
Game evidence is required and should be documented on the form providing results against at least 2 other teams to evidence why a move is needed. Constitution Requests can be completed by clicking here, and will close on 30th June 2026.
